Eighteenth Birthday!

Yes, its true, I've been eighteen for over a month now. It was a very momentous event for me, no matter how little freedom it actually brought me. The celebration, however small, was made magnificent by the most amazing girl, Heather. We continued our tradition that we go bowling, and eat pizza. Third year in a row, which is simply amazing, because I've known her for just about that long. Which is really amazing, considering how it seems like forever since I met her. Ugh, it was tenth grade! What an odd thought. But the celebration was just so much fun this year. No matter how many embarrassing things I did end up doing, many of which Heather got on video, it was totally worth it! And I got some awesome new shoes out of it! (Albeit, they were a result of one of those very embarrassing things... Luckily, Heather did not get that one on camera.) All I can say, is this next year will most definitely be exciting, in the least.Here's to it!

Senior Year, more than half way over!

Wow, its been forever since I posted on this thing. I almost forgot completely that I had this. (At least its not as bad as my journal... which was way bad.) But, my Senior Year has been pretty dang good! I am loving. Other than some friend drama, where I am not even on speaking terms with someone who used to be one of my best friends, almost nothing went horribly wrong! I had some great adventures on the way, including my eighteenth birthday, which I will post details of that later. School came and went this last semester, it didn't seem near as long as it usually does. Maybe its due to this weird, new extremely positive attitude I have going on. Just keep looking to the future, and all that stuff that I used to think was a load of garbage. This last day of the semester, that afternoon, I went up to Globe. I would post bunches of pictures about that whole adventure, but my camera mysteriously deleted all my photos, and I hadn't uploaded any off them. It made me moi sad. Well, that's all for now! In the time away from the ward...

Well, the last... four sundays (soon to be five) I haven't gone to my ward. It is not because I'm becoming inactive or anything, I've just been busy. With what, you ask? Well, with lots of things, in fact. Starting with going to Thatcher. I'll admit, I expected it to be extremely boring being stuck in a small town for five days. But boy, I was so wrong! It was fun! I don't know if it was because I didn't have time to adjust to having done everything that was possible, or that I just didn't care. It seemed like there was enough to do to me. Heather claimed I would get bored extremely fast, she was SO wrong. I was entertained almost one hundred percent of the time. From Heather and Chases fighting/arguing, to just driving around, there was always something to keep me from slipping into half-consciousness caused by nothingness. I did several things while I was up there, including going to Frye Mesa (a little lake thing), going to see Transformers Two, and driving up to mount grahm. (I'll admit, the last one freaked me out a bit. I do not enjoy driving on the side of a cliff that would undoubtedly kill me if I made a wrong turn.) In the end, the trip was very fun, and worth the five hours total in the car (I discovered that the native americans don't pick up their roadkill, the same coyote was in the same spot when I was driving back. It look nasty.).

When I made it home from that Sunday night, after eating a awkward dinner with the McCormies family (including some of their cousins, and their grandparents) I was just psyched to go to bed and sleep in the next morning. I couldn't, however, because I was forced to go on a road trip with my parents, 2700 miles long, across some of the most barren, boring places on earth, sleeping in a horribly uncomfortable motorhome, and not at all happy about it. That lasted about ten days. When I was in Utah it was alright, because my brother, Jon, was with me then. We went to park city and Lagoon. We got home Thursday afternoon, and the next day I went over to Anna's house warming party thing. For the next week, plus a few days, I was virtually living with the coxs. It was so much fun! Although half the time Natalie and I ended up baby sitting for Heather (her girls have way too much energy). During that time I went to Gilbert 2nd Ward twice, the second time realizing that the twins and I really have no first names, according to brother farnsworth at least (they were just "the cox twins" and I was "jared pager's sister"). I also went to Texas Roadhouse for the first time, and was full for the next two days... Went to amazing jake's for the first time as well, had Heather's little girl Sarah claim that she was "keeping me at her house forever," and went to Taylor pool twice. I hung out with Tialene, went to Neilsons, where I saw Whitters. I also dragged the twins to my mutual for human Foosball. Marissa did surprisingly not well, for a rugby and soccer player.

On the 19th, after church, I headed back to my house, and the next morning I went on a laurel boating trip, which was just awesome, I don't really know how to describe it. The fifth sunday that I will be missing is this upcoming one, because apparently we are heading up to clints well, so if anyone wants to come, just tell me! I would be totally open to it. Heheh. The twins will be back in town come August 3rd, so I will be down in gilbert until school starts up again. Where I will be entering Mountain View as a senior.

Boredom Causes Blog Posts

I haven't posted on here in a while, mostly because it takes way to much time. This post will encompass two main categories: what I've been up to, and what I will be doing this summer.

Alright, so what I've been up to.

Well, last time I posted I said I wish that I had more free time. It seemed that way for a while afterwards as well. I had my WSI (water safety instructor) class, and that lasted three weeks. On top of that was school, and planning for girls camp. AP tests also came up on me quickly, and I kept putting off studying. To tell the truth, I never studied much outside of the classroom. And Mr. Mellyn's study/dinner thing, so I really don't know how I did on them. I also completed my Junior year of High School, yay? Now I'm officially a Senior, but all I can really think about is how I want to just skip to college. And move away from home. But those are my issues.

Summer started out with visiting Heather's teachers at Kino, then mine at Stapley. Then I had camp the day after school got out (graduation, next morning at the church). That was so much fun, last year though so I have mixed feelings. I don't really want to go back, but its sad that I don't even really have the choice anymore. I got home and Jared had moved out to Glendale. I knew he was moving, but I didn't expect it so soon. Since then I have just done random stuff, not all that exciting. Sure, it was fun while it lasted, but wasn't in enough volume to keep me from not being bored to death.

Alright, now its time for my plans for this summer.
Now why would you want to hear about these? I have no idea, unless you're planning on attacking me or kidnapping me and want the convienence of knowing if I am going to be home....
So on Monday I am going jetskiing, hopfully with a friend, and not just my brothers and dad. :/ Next Wednesday I have senior pictures. Why they take them so early is beyond me. And it also causes me to have to drive out to wherever the studio is. Then on the 13th I am taking the ACT to try and better my score. I know I could get into the colleges in state with my current one... but I want more options.

Then I have a boring week and a half of nothingness. Until the 23rd, that is. I get to drive to Thatcher then to visit Heather! Then we are most likely going to go to the Transformers Two premiere while I am down there. And on the 27th her ward or something is having a lake activity that she wants me to go to. I am so excited! I will probably drive home on the 28th...

The next thing that I don't actually have planned is a family vacation. Which will be boring. Not sure where we are going, or even when we are going. But around the 12th of July the twins are coming down to Arizona! And we will probably head up to my cabin for a bit. And then on the 18th I have a CIT thing, for a cancer camp. It will last the remainder of that week. The cox's will be coming back in August for a week again, so I will be living with the practically, most likely.

And then my senior year comes around... Yikes.
